Text Box: Jon Lienhard—Ski Tuning Technician.  Jon has worked in the ski industry for 20 years and has earned a reputation as being one of the area’s best tuners.  A hard worker who takes pride in the quality of his tunes.  He lives in Belmont with his wife Amy and son Jack where he operates his own landscaping business in the summer.

Text Box: Matt Tripp is originally from Hudson NY.  After working for 6 years in the ski industry in Alta, Utah he moved back East and now lives in Ludlow with his wife Leisa and son Miles.  He has become a master bootfitter under Shon’s close eye as well as attending Masterfit U four times. He is quickly becoming well known for his skills at the boot bench. Matt’s got a degree in physical education, is passionate about skiing, hiking and mountain biking.  In the summer, he works as a hiking guide around the Killington area.
Text Box: Sara McMillan, a nurse by day…bootfitter by night.  Sara has been working with Shon in ski retail for over 13 years.  She’s an avid skier (former ski patrol) and mountain biker.  Everyone loves her warm smile and quick wit!
Text Box: Noah Schmidt.  A local high school Senior, Shon & Alex are proud to call him their nephew and have him on board.  Noah is a Ludlow native and has grown up skiing and riding Okemo.  He knows the mountain better than anyone! He’s on the Black River H.S. ski team.  Noah helps out with just about everything in the shop.
Text Box: Scott Stinson of Tyson, Vermont has 25 years of ski tuning experience.  Everyone around the area knows that Scotty knows what he’s doing in the tuning department!  When he’s not working at The Boot Pro he works at Knight Tubs in Ludlow.  Scotty’s an expert skier and been known to put up a good time on the race course.   He’s a hiking man in the summer.

Text Box: Matt Maxham  Matt came to The Boot Pro in 2010 with 11 years of ski retail experience in the Upper Valley.  Although primarily focused on tuning, he has worked in all areas of ski retail.  He attended Masterfit U this fall and will put his skills to use at the boot bench when he’s not in the service department.  He’s an avid alpine and tele skier.  Matt’s a native of Hartland who now lives in Reading with his wife Vanessa and adorable son Kelton. 
Text Box: Greg McGown.  Originally from Cape Cod, Greg’s made his home in Shrewsbury, Vermont with his wife Susanna & baby boy Brewster.  Greg has many years of experience boot fitting and selling ski equipment in the area.  He’s passionate about skiing and is a strong Mt Biker.   He owns a Property Management business which keeps him very busy in spring, summer & fall.  Greg has a way with people which you’ll sense the minute you start working with him to assess new ski equipment.  Knowledgeable, friendly and calm.
Text Box: Randy Haskell — A native of Chester, VT Randy has dedicated 28 consecutive years to the ski business.  Randy’s specialty is tuning.  One of the most accomplished tuners in the East, Randy has worked as a technician for the US Pro Tour.  He even has customers who ship skis to him from out West to be tuned—only by him!  Not only a tuning guy, Randy is a 5 time graduate of Masterfit U—the authority on boot fitting.  For the last 22 years he’s been a service manger and more recently a store manager.  A lifelong skier, Randy takes to the slopes every chance he gets!  He lives in Chester with his wife Becky and son Ben.
Text Box: Russ Kauff.    Is a passionate skier who has dedicated more than the last decade to skiing year round (yes, summers too!)   He’s a PSIA Level III ski instructor and a staff trainer at Okemo, Stratton & Treble Cone in New Zealand.
Russ was a collegiate level racer and spent 5 years as a collegiate race coach.  When he’s not on the Mountain, Russ sells skis and boots at the shop adding a different perspective to the mix of experience at The Boot Pro.

Text Box: Becca Caffery is friendly, knowledgeable and on the front line.  She takes good care of our customers  and our displays.  She’s a skier and snowboarder and baker!  Ask the staff which of the goodies that she brings in are the best!  A real team player!
Text Box: Laurie Wilson is working on many fronts at the shop.  In the summer she enters orders and inventory, checks in product and enters invoices.  You’ll find her helping customers in winter and skiing with her family whenever possible!  Laurie comes to us with extensive experience running her husband’s woodworking business.
