Skiers CAN-DO Food Drive Returns to The Boot Pro for a Second Year!

Help us give back to our neighbors this Thanksgiving.

The Skiers CAN-DO Food Drive is back! Following an incredible response from our community last year, The Boot Pro is once again partnering with Black River Good Neighbor Services (BRGNS) to help restock their Food Shelf ahead of Thanksgiving.

As we get ready for another ski season here in Ludlow, Vermont, we're asking our mountain community to come together for something that matters beyond the slopes.

Three Items. One Great Cause. A Chance to Win!

Participating is easy!

Bring three nonperishable food items to The Boot Pro now through Thursday, November 19, and you'll be entered for a chance to win a $100 Boot Pro gift card.

Whether you're stopping in to check out the latest ski gear, getting your skis tuned, or simply dropping off a donation, every contribution helps.

Supporting Our Neighbors in the Okemo Valley

Black River Good Neighbor Services provides free food and essential assistance, including rent and fuel support, to eligible community members.

Their Food Shelf serves individuals and families throughout Ludlow, Cavendish, Proctorsville, Mount Holly, Belmont, and Plymouth.

As the colder months approach, community food donations help keep the shelves stocked and essential resources available for neighbors who need them.

How to Participate

• When: Now through Thursday, November 19, 2026
• Where: The Boot Pro, Ludlow, Vermont
• Drop-off hours: 10 AM–5 PM
• What to bring: Three nonperishable food items
• Your reward: Entry for a chance to win a $100 Boot Pro gift card
